Returns/Exchanges

We hope you love your Wanderlüks purchase, but if for any reason you’d like to make a return or exchange, we’re happy to provide a full refund within 14 days of the original purchase. (Items must be postmarked within 14 days of the date you received the item. No exceptions!)

Customers should ship the item for return or exchange to the address below. (return shipping expense is incurred by the customer) The item must be unwashed and unworn, with any original tags attached. The item must still be in perfect, like-new condition. Once the item is received and inspected, we’ll notify you via email that we have received the item. Refunds will be made promptly in the form of the original payment. (all items purchased on sale are “final sale” and will not be accepted for a return or exchange).

If you would like to exchange an item for a different size or color, please return your like- new item for a refund and place a new order. Due to the nature of some of our hand-made products and limited availability of certain styles, items can quickly sell out. Please know that exchanges may unfortunately not always be possible, but we are happy to recommend something similar.

Please include your packing slip with your return. If you no longer have the packing slip, please include your name, billing address and/or name, address and zip code of the person who placed the order, if it was a gift.

Please mail returns/exchanges here. We recommend that you insure and track your shipment as Wanderlüks is not responsible for items lost during return shipping.
